These tasty crisps are made from parsnips. You can serve them as they are or with any dip you like, such as an onion dip, hummous or a salsa. These are one of our easiest vegan recipes.
Ingredients -
2 parsnips, peeled and finely sliced with a mandolin
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Salt
Preparation:
Heat a heavy bottomed pan, half ful of vegetable oil or until a breadcrumb sizzles in it. Add the parsnip slices in batches and fry until golden. Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt.
